Order a repeat prescription
Request your repeat medication by completing your reorder slip and returning it to the surgery or to your pharmacy. If you wish to collect your medication from a Pharmacy, write their name on your request form. On-line prescriptions are also available. Contact the Health Centre for further info
All prescriptions take 2 working days at least to process (more if sending to a Pharmacy) Please try to order your medication 7/14 days before you require it. Prescriptions will not be accepted over the telephone.
